As  Broker/Owner & Coach of The Wilson Group, my passion lies in being a part of other’s success and guiding team members to hit their goals, fulfill their “why”, and in creating an environment that sets the agents up for a sustainable career in real estate. In the spirit of serving others, not only do I have a desire to see my team succeed, I also love to help others thrive and hit their goals. 

I work with integrity and authenticity, establishing a teamwork environment that includes serving clients’ needs while also having fun and focusing on everyone’s best interests.  Your goals become my goals, and together, we set an action plan to help make them a reality.

The Wilson Group was founded in 2013 so that there was an environment that could offer clients a fantastic experience during the real estate process — but more importantly, to attract other like-minded Realtors® to align with, while helping others grow their business. Over the years, I’ve started networking groups to have a platform for supporting other local businesses through referrals, recognition, brand awareness and more.

Our culture has allowed our team members to not only hit their goals, but to have a sense of pride in what they do. The Wilson Group agents also surpass their financial goals each year and continue to be role models to newer agents in our office and in the industry in general.

In 2019, I participated & became a graduate of our Richmond Association Of Realtor’s Leadership Development Academy. In this program were individuals that were excited to become better leaders in their offices, industry, community and to serve a higher purpose. Throughout this program, we created a community giveback program where we renovated a dorm room at a local homeless shelter, making the rooms over with a relaxing vibe and a place where one can feel comfortable and safe at night.

I have earned multiple distinguished honors and certifications during my real estate career. Through the National Association of Realtors® (NAR®), I’ve have obtained:

• e-Pro: advanced digital marketing techniques

• ABR®: Accredited Buyer’s Representative

• CRB® Certified Real Estate Brokerage manager

• Multiple production awards for number of homes sold, and for volume
